- Picture of the seat top and and warning label
- Reason for the return
(Note: If the warning label is removed, we cannot accept the return).
2. Return Authorization
We will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed return instructions.
3. Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
4. Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
